If you don’t know me, I’m Chris, and I help footballers to get stronger, leaner and reach their peak performance whilst living and training pain free.

I've played football my whole life but over the last 6 years, I've worked as a strength and conditioning (S&C) coach.  

Over the past 6 years I've worked with GB Athletes, professional footballers, premier League referees and more. 

Starting out I interned at a number of professional football clubs and got to learn off some the best coaches in the industry.


I then got a lead S&C role at a club helping the players to get stronger, recover faster and stay injury throughout the whole season.

These days I run my own online fitness business and specialise in helping footballers reach their peak performance.

I am not a ‘insta-fitpro guru' who will make you balance on bosu balls whilst I throw hoops over your head.

In fact, the very thought of that fills me with about as much pleasure as the thought of eating a kilo of creatine … dry … while doing the yo-yo test

But what I am, is a guy who’s helped 100s of footballers get in the best condition of their lives.

For some, that has meant, making the step up to play at a higher level.

For others it's meant getting back into their team and playing week in, week out.

And for others, it’s just helped them to play the game they love for longer.
