Whether you're an professional athlete or you're just aiming to improve at your sport, Chris Hibbert Coaching will develop a plan which is specific to you and the needs of your sport. Coaching consists of programs divided into four week cycles, and requires the client to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering exercise, injury and health history, as well as providing some videos of simple biomechanical assessments.

WHY DO WE PERFORM A MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT?
Impairment or injury to the human body can lead to compensations in other systems. This can lead to predictable patterns of tissue overload and dysfunction. By carrying out postural and functional movement assessments, structural limitations can be determined and the correct training approach can be adopted to help alleviate symptoms and improve posture. Improving the balance and movement of the body will lead to improved sporting performance and reduced injury risk.
