One to one or small group personal training. Coaching consists of programs divided into four week cycles, and requires the client to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering exercise, injury and health history, as well as providing some videos of simple movement assessments and body composition assessments. Furthermore, we will work together to create a tailored habit based nutrition plan which leads to long term sustainable results.
WHY DO WE PERFORM A MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT?
Impairment or injury to the human body can lead to compensations in other systems which can lead to tissue overload and dysfunction. By carrying out postural and functional movement assessments, structural limitations can be determined and the correct training approach can be adopted to help alleviate symptoms and improve posture.
